Job Role

  • Present a positive image of the company, products and services
  • offered at all times
  • First point of contact for customers Highest level of customer service
  • Proficient in use of computer systems inc Excel + Word
  • Adhere to franchise and company standards
  • Vital link between customer and workshop
  • Customer bookings, preparation of paperwork and manage workshop
  • loadings
  • Process invoices and customer payments, maintain accurate
  • customer records
  • Provide advice on products and services, manage the organising +
  • ordering of parts
  • Agree customer requirements and work to deadlines



  • Retail sales- 2 years (Preferred)
  • Service advisor - 1 year (Preferred)
  • GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience of Dealer Management Systems
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Motor Franchise would
  • be advantageous
