Zenrec is working on behalf of Strathroy Dairies in Omagh.


The duties will involve a combination of HR generalist and administration duties, such as; recruitment and selection, new employee induction, HR policies & procedures, absence management, holiday request management, discipline & grievance handling, performance management, employee communication, HR information systems, payroll preparation and processing, statutory report returns and staff travel management.  This is a varied role which will involve providing support to the HR Manager and Directors on a range of tasks / projects


To be considered for this position you must possess the following…



  • Educated to degree level in either HR or Business related discipline
  • CIPD Qualification
  • 2 years HR Generalist experience - knowledge & working experience in the above HR areas
  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation
  • Excellent IT Skills / fully competent using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Good analytical, planning and organisational skills
  • Results focused, with ability to work standalone & on own initiative
