Role ( to include but not limited to)

  • Manage Supplier ledger on sage and reconcile monthly supplier statements
  • Dealing with customer invoice queries and requests
  • Pricing:
  • Managing all requests including quotations and resolve pricing queries
  • Provide a prompt response to the customer and follow up every quotation
  • Recording all quotation details and the customer response
  • Providing accurate information to customers in a timely manner
  • Following up on customer quotations
  • Processing new customer registrations and billing information accurately
  • Liaise with both internal and external department to help provide excellent customer service

 

  • Be a valued member of the accounts team to ensure all work is completed

 

Criteria:

  • Experience using SAGE
  • IT Proficient (including all Microsoft applications)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • At least 6 months experience in a busy office environment
  • Proven experience of working to strict deadlines/targets
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Professional approach to work
  • Strong time management skills
  • Flexible working approach
