Company Bio & Role

Nationwide company has opened a new Dublin office due to expansion and require a self-motivated, well organised, personable, good communicator with a background in construction based in their office.  Training on our in-house systems is provided.  Following completion of training the successful candidate will be assisting the Contracts Manager and Estimator in a variety of roles and will be required to work on their own initiative within our Team.

Job

  • Provide support and assistance to the contracts manger in the way of
    • Labour allocation
    • Seeking materials and their procurement
    • Helping to ensuring client SLA’s are met
    • Provide support in monitoring emails
    • Liaising with sub-contractors when necessary
    • Ensuring jobs are effectively closed when complete
  • Provide support and assistance to Estimator in the way of
    • Administrative duties
    • Helping to compile quotes and gather costs
    • Run Reports
  • Run reports for Head Office
  • Undertake routine administrative tasks
  • Input purchase and sales orders to in house systems

 

Criteria:

  • Experience with Word; Excel
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and
  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Innovative and forward thinking
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Driving licence
