Uluru Bar & Grill is an award winning restaurant based in Armagh city’s historic marketplace area. Awarded for its casual dining, the Australian neighbourhood style restaurant celebrates authentic cooking with an Australian twist.
Preparation work, putting together and plating of dishes with emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy.
To prepare and present meals to the standard of the outlet.
Work under strict food safety regulations.
- Two years experience essential.
- Must have NVQ level 2 in a catering field, or equivalent.
Hours & Pay
- 45 hours per week
- Monday – Sunday
- Paid by the hour
