This person will be expected to handle bookings from start to finish, handle invoicing, deposits, run the Mill phone line, run the Mill email account, look after the booking software, ensure customers are informed of their activities and necessary information. The manager will also be expected to be active on the social media messaging as it is as important to us as email enquiries.
We can provide training for anything unfamiliar with an older candidate such as social media or emailing for a younger candidate.

- Good with kids and public.
- Experience in leisure/ sport.
- Experience in hospitality.
- Social media friendly.
- Ability to use Microsoft word, teams, zoom, and general computer knowledge is needed.
- Experience in dealing with youth groups and or schools is a big help.
- Invoicing/ admin experience will help too.
Working Hours: Working hours will be set to suit the phone lines, work from home wise we are fairly flexible with the choice to work from home at any time bar a Saturday when the manager will have to be on site, or on a busy weekday afternoon when we may need the manager to work on site. We have an office that the candidate can come to The Mill to work in if they want to. Paperwork etc will be kept here.

Tue-Fri (Home or on site)
Sat (On Site)
The Additional 6 Hours can be discussed if the candidate wanted the full 40 hours. This would be made up with an additional hour added to the afternoon of each shift and 2 hours on a Sat. This shorter week may suit some people however. Sometimes we need all hands on deck and overtime at the standard pay rate will be paid for any extra time worked.
