BMW Sales Executive

Located on the outskirts of Portadown, Prentice is a family owned business.
Operating from our state of the art showroom, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our BMW Sales Department.
Our sales team really are at the heart of ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered and as one of our sales executives, you will ensure every customer receives that unique experience.
As one of our BMW Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding our customer's expectations by getting the service right first time, every time.
Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
Exceptional sales performance gained from within the automotive industry and within a franchised dealership is essential as well as:
- Excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills.
- Exceptional track record in sales & target achievement.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands.
- Excellent IT skills to include MS Office and Excel.
- Honest, respectful with a strong sense of integrity.
- A full, valid and clean UK Driving License.
- Knowledge of FCA Regulations.
